On your computer
Everything LeadRally knows about your leads and your work is in a database in your own Windows user folder, with a backup copy made every day.
Only the licence check
LeadRally checks its licence with us now and then. Nothing about your leads, emails or customers is ever sent to us. The privacy policy lists the details.
Keys you control
AI, search and email run on accounts you own. Your keys are stored on your computer and sent only to the service they belong to.
Sign-in and roles
Everyone signs in. Sales executives see their own leads; deleting and exporting is for the owner; every action is written to an activity log.

Write only to businesses that could reasonably want what you sell, follow your email service’s rules, and handle any person’s request about their data promptly (India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act applies to personal details such as a named contact’s email).
