The basics
What is LeadRally?
An app that does a salesperson’s groundwork for a business that sells to other businesses: it finds companies that need what you sell, researches them, writes every first email and follow-up for you to approve, reads replies, and keeps deals, meetings and calls in one place.
Does it send emails by itself?
No. LeadRally researches and writes; you read and press Send. Follow-ups are drafted on their dates and wait for you the same way.
Is it a CRM?
Yes, and more. It has deals, your own stages, meetings, calls, WhatsApp logging, imports and reports, and it also finds and writes to new customers, which a CRM leaves to you.
Does the AI make mistakes?
Any AI can. That is why every message is checked before you see it, and nothing is sent until a person reads it and presses Send.
Will it close deals for me?
No. It prepares every step and tells you what needs you. Talking to the customer and closing the deal stay with you and your team.
Setup
What do I need to run it?
A Windows 10 or 11 computer with internet, your company website, a Google account and an email domain you control. No website or email domain? Contact sales.
Does it work for my kind of business?
If you sell to other businesses, yes. On first start it reads your website and drafts your company profile, your customers and what to say, and you correct anything it got wrong.
How long does setup take?
An afternoon for most businesses. Most of it is reading what LeadRally drafted about you and connecting your accounts, with the steps shown on screen.
Can my team use it?
Yes, each with their own sign-in and role. Colleagues open it in their browser from any computer on your office network. Switch it on in Settings and share the address it shows.
Can I bring my existing leads?
Yes. Import a CSV from Excel, Google Sheets or another CRM. Columns are matched for you, and no company is added twice.
Email and spam
Will my emails land in spam?
LeadRally is built to protect your domain’s reputation, and it guides you through setting your domain up properly. Personal emails to companies that can use what you sell do the rest.
How many emails can it send a day?
As many as your daily target and your email service allow. It is built for considered emails to the right companies, not bulk sending.
Which email services does it use?
A well-known email service, on your own account and your own domain. LeadRally walks you through it. Replies come back into LeadRally.
Data and privacy
Where is my data kept?
On your own computer, backed up every day. Our servers see only the licence check, never your leads.
What if my computer breaks?
Keep the daily backups somewhere safe (another drive or a cloud folder). Install LeadRally on the new computer, restore the backup, and move your licence.
Price and licence
How much does it cost?
₹76,999 once, with 3 months of technical support included. After that, a ₹9,999 yearly warranty plan covers updates, fixes and support. AI, search and email are billed by those services on your accounts. See Pricing.
What happens after the trial?
LeadRally asks for a licence key. Enter it and everything carries on. Without one it stops, and your data stays on your computer.
Can I move it to a new computer?
Yes. Release it under Licence on the old computer, then activate the key on the new one.
What if Google or the AI service changes something?
We update LeadRally to match. Updates come with the ₹9,999 yearly warranty plan.
Does it need the internet all the time?
For its work, yes (searching, AI, email). The licence keeps working through short outages and is renewed when you are back online.
